Full-Time Veterinary Technician (posted 1/25/12)
We are a modern, progressive small animal practice. We focus on practicing high quality medicine with a large emphasis on customer service & client education. We work closely together and focus strongly on communication within the office to establish consistency and good teamwork. Looking for someone who is open to learning and willing to contribute to the practice. Practice special interests include dentistry, pain management, laser surgery, dermatology, & general medicine. Electronic medical records, digital radiography, progressive protocols. Looking for a highly skilled technician with the following attributes: * Solid anesthesia experience (inducing, monitoring, etc) * Laboratory skills * Thorough background of veterinary knowledge * Energetic, efficient, multi-tasker who is pro-active & self-initiates * Computer skills, detail oriented * Good communication skills (both with clients & team mates) * Enjoys client education * Dental experience with dental radiography a plus but not required * Licensed tech preferred but not required
