Prescriptions

You may request a prescription refill for your pet in one of three ways:
1.  You may fill in our online request form.
2.  You may call and speak directly with our receptionist.
3.  For home delivery just ask us to submit a prescription online through VetCentric. 

  Remember that we must have examined your pet within the past year in order to fill a prescription.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact us by phone or email.
